Providers in our network run their own businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Celebrationhard Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We'll confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we'll look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we'll send you our findings and tell you about any action we are taking.
If our answer doesn't settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
